Service Description. This Site describes SUV Rental, Economy Car Rental, Business Vehicle Rental, Corporate Vehicle Rental, Vacation Car Rental provided by J&R Rental Cars. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to J&R Rental Cars and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
End of Use. J&R Rental Cars may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
Warranty Disclaimer. J&R Rental Cars makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, J&R Rental Cars's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.

Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under TX law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in TX for any related dispute.
